Hey guys I was wondering if yall could help me out a little on my diet. I am about to start a 2 week cycle of fina and anavar.
7:00 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup berry mix.
10:00 16 ounces hood low carb milk with apple Pre workout meal
Post workout Surge
1 Hour after 2 boxes of raisins plus Grow MRP
2:00 8 ounces lean beef, 4 pieces of whole wheat bread, 2 pieces of fat free cheese, 1 cup of oatmeal with berries
5:00 2 chicken breasts, 1 sweet potatoe with 1 cup beans
8:00 spinach salad, 1.5 cups veggies, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 can of tuna
10:00 low carb grow

Sorry guys I forgot to give my stats. I am 6’1 200 pounds with 9-10%. I just recently got finished with a 8 week cutter were I went from 225 16-18% down to my current weight. I have been eating around 3000 calories for the past couple of weeks to try to find maintenance. This diet gives me around 4000. Any opinions?
Best I can tell your plan gives you about 260 g of protein a day. I don’t know your stats, but I would shoot for 2g of protein per pound of body weight. Personlly I would also lose the raisins.
Check out The Mutation Series by Christian Thibaudeau. I bulk really well with this diet, and have lost fat in the process. At least check out the use of protein.
