Bulking Cycle Feedback

Starting a bulking cycle in March. Coaches are suggesting an 8 week cycle.

6 iU hgh daily, 50 mg proviron daily, sustanon 500-750 mg weekly, NPP 350-450 weekly, anadrol 100 mg daily (weeks 4-8), igf-1 lr3 30-50 mcg daily (weeks 4-8), novolin-R 2-6 IU post workout (weeks 4-8)

I’m not bodybuilder, nor foreign to the world and myself dam son my liver on npp and anadrol half those doses plus everything else and no HCG bro I was smoked cuz. Real shit that liver you’ll see if you have not already. Maybe you just don’t care idn ?

I’m guilty myself and I think most guys are of a greedy cycle. Just remember we only get one liver bruh

Hey there. You know it was a simple question. I do not believe my coach is a moron. He’s actually very intelligent; he’s a doctor so he’s got his act together. If you have a suggestion for me, great, I’d love to hear it, but if not and all you have to say is my coach is a moron then I’m really not interested in hearing anything else that doesn’t give me greater insight into my question.

He can be smart but that does not mean he knows what he is doing.
Telling you to run a very long estered test on an 8 week cycle tells me how had no clue about pharmacology and how these drugs work. An 8 week bulk cycle is also not ideal. Your not going to bva able to accomplish much in this time.
Just you coming on here and asking a question implies your not sure about his “cycle” that he is telling you to take.
The reason my post was short with 0 info for you is that you provided 0 info for us to make any kind of a suggestion.
How much AAS experience do you have?
How old are you?
What are your current stats?
What is your training history?
Is this cycle ideal? No. It’s not really set up correctly and it’s an advanced stack that needs to be managed properly of you could have some serious issues.

So I have been using compounds for about three years now very regularly. I have lab work done consistently and it is reviewed by my doctor. My labs have been consistent for all three years and never has he expressed concern with any numbers that are significantly elevated. I do have some numbers that have been slightly elevated since I started. But again, I am closely monitor. I am 59 and I have been training since I was 21. I am hoping to compete for the first time in September. I have experimented with most compounds, including trend, D ball, Decca, master, Ron, and draw… I always gap between my cycles. I work out six times a week and take one rest day. I am currently 187 and I am 5 foot nine.

You look good dude! Nice work! Won’t be too hard to get you to the stage. You have plenty of time.
So you have 31 weeks until September 1. This is how I would approach this.
Build for 14 weeks starting now. Take 5 weeks to get back to maint and clean up and then a 12 week prep. Again, 8 weeks is not long enough to do much.
I would do this for a build cycle
Test 250/wk
Deca 150/wk
EQ 300/wk
50mg/day proviron
50mg/day Anadrol mid cycle when lifts stall
IGF I could take or leave. It’s not tissue selective so anything can grow including moles, tumors etc. I had this happen with 2 moles that grew very fast and i had to have them removed.
Do you have experience with insulin? If used properly it’s a great tool. If used improperly it can be dangerous, especially stacking it with other insulin like drugs. I would choose one or the other but rapid insulin post WO would be my preference. This would be based off diet.
I would question your coach on his plan for you. I don’t like it at face value. It’s far from optimal.
