Bulk cycle advice

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m 169 cm tall and weigh 70 kg with 15-17% body fat. I’ve been training for five years (maintaining my weight and body fat percentage). I train five to six days a week at a high intensity. I used testosterone alone, then testosterone and Deca alone two years ago, but I stopped. A lot has been happening in my life, so I haven’t been consistent with my training or nutrition since then. I’ve been committed for a few months now and I want to start a bulking cycle, but I don’t have any specific things for what to take in my mind. Do you have any suggestions? My daily calorie intake will be 3000-3200 calories. I’ll be training five to six days a week at a high intensity (my main goal is also to increase strength). I haven’t had any lab tests recently, but the last one I had was two years ago after I stopped, and the results were good. Thank you all.

How old are you?
You like 5’6" and 154lbs. If your 15%bf then your 130lbs lean. Do you even have any muscle on your frame? Something is not right with training/diet.
15-17% is not a good place to start growing. You gonna be over 20% by the time your done. Drop some bodyfat, down to 10-12% and then think about using gear again. Your basically starting over so test alone would be just fine.

I’m 26. To be honest, I think my body fat percentage is around 17-18% now . This is a picture of me from two years ago, I couldn’t find a clearer one and my phone camera wasn’t good i used readmi phones before:joy:. Most of the videos I have are of me working out, as I don’t like taking pictures of myself much, and I haven’t changed that much since then :smiling_face_with_tear::rofl:. You’re probably right. For the past two years, I haven’t been very committed to my workouts or diet, but I’ve been consistent for the past five months and have finally managed to organize my time well. I wanted to know your opinions so I can benefit from your experiences :blue_heart:

This is the most recent one, that was 5 months ago and i didn’t take and pics or video since, hooping for your goodness :folded_hands:

We can’t see anything but a partial flexed bicep. You’ve wasted two cycles already. How about giving it a go naturally?

What

So you have not changed during that period? As in you have just lifted hard enough to just maintain?

Only the first one showed very noticeable changes at the time, and the difference was clear. I know the problem was I didn’t take any pictures then (I didn’t want anything too big). As for the second picture, it’s the recent one. And as I said, for the past two years since my last cycle, I haven’t been very consistent. I’d stop for a month or two and then come back, just exercising without really sticking to the diet. I also had surgery (my nose isn’t a big deal), and I stopped exercising and didn’t stick to the diet for two months, then I started again. But for the past six months, I’ve started to stick to it well again, even though I’m in a month-long fasting period (if you know about that). I was wondering whether to continue naturally for as long as possible, or if there’s no problem with taking steroids.

It’s not that I didn’t change 100%, but I maintained this states because I didn’t want to increase my body weight or fat. My main goal was to increase strength like powerlifters, and it worked for me at the time.

Did you see good results in your strength level during that period?

Yeah, and I really liked that. So this time I’m looking to add some size, not just increase strength. I’m looking forward to your advice. :blue_heart: :folded_hands:

Its ok bro you got a good starting point preload the cycle with some eq add dbol if your e2 gets crushed start low maybe add some npp or you could just titrate up with some test switch from volume splits to high intensity keep tension on the muscles then switch to full contraction your at a good starting point some of these dudes that are telling you to stay natty your closers to there physique then you believe

Yeah I only have 55lbs more of lean tissue at close to same height. :joy::wink:

I’m happy for you :folded_hands: :blue_heart: . In fact, whenever I see people with better bodies than mine, I take them as motivation to improve even more, and I’m happy for them because they still come to the same place despite everything they face in their lives. Wishing you all the best always. :folded_hands:

thanks for your reply, I’m working harder this time hoping for good results, Thanks alot :folded_hands:
