my middle back is intermittently hurting. I haven’t squatted or dl on a long time due to it. I’m in the middle of treatmet and hope this goes away soon, as I’m losing lower body strength.

I’ll be following the armstrong pullup program (with chins)for the following 4 weeks. I’m presently doing 15 chins per set.
