BSN No-Xplode

while the thread is back in action I just want comment on another thing I noticed using it.

It enhances my mood, so much so the effects feel almost like I have drank a beer. Not drunk or slowed down movement but It gives me a real buzz, and everything seems positive. Must be part of the mental focus it says it gives on the bottle.

2nd attempt at this post…

Sugar tits…as all of my other posts imply different products work for different people…You might have had a bad experience with another product…and from that you claim that product and the company are garbage and a waste…

This is far from a conspiracy theroy…Do I need to show you many posts in this forum stating the same thing I have…about how this is a Biotest site and people will not respond nicely to any other supplements name? I have no problem with Biotest…It’s just not for me…

I love how I get a pm stating that I’m dishonoring the Biotest name and accusations of being an employee of a competing company…In all actuallity I’m just the ahole being an ahole to the other aholes who flame others for there choices in supplements.

Take it as you will hotshot[/quote]

Um, I didn’t PM you, as I’m assuming “Sugartits” is directed at me…maybe it was this ‘hotshot’ fella.

It isn’t terrible shocking to think that someone would think that, as reps for companies OFTEN post on message boards.

Why someone would care, I dunno.

But, yes, I will stick by my statement that the WHOLE of BSN’s product offerings are horseshit, simply because I experimented with them as the OP did, and found them lacking and annoying.

It’s my opinion, and I’m sticking with it, and I don’t think anyone here was claiming ANY of this discussion was scientific.

My issue with your original response was that you were taking the stance that everyone that DIDN’T like BSN was somehow drinking the Biotest Kool-Aid (or Spike, as the case may be). Isn’t that issue the flipside of what you’re taking issue with here?

Wouldn’t it be more like bsn kool-aid as all their products work just as well?

I started reading this forum at work jsut to kill time and too see what people had to say…

Man I was disappointed. I don’t post a whole ton, but I have been lifting seriously for about 5 years.

I have tried different products, because that is the only way to find out if they will work for you. Same way, you are supposed to try different workout programs. Everybody responds differently.

Don’t bash the guy for makin a post about trying a supplement in the supplement section. Ok, he could have search for NO-Xplode and made a post on that past thread, but he didnt this time, cut him a break. If you dont like it, skip over it. It takes up a quater of an inch on your screen. In a week it will be 6 pages back anyways…

Back to the topic at hand. I have tried NO-Xplode. I got results the first tub I tried. It was an ok product. I felt more endurance and strength through my first tub. It may have been a placebo effect, it may not have been. I did not get the same results after, so I discontinued the product. End of story. You can’t assume a company is total shit, just cause it didnt work for you, while it obviously works for others (otherwise they wouldnt still be in business)

I used multiple brands, Optimum, BSN, Biotest, NOW, AnimalPak…experiment and see what works for you…

I’m in the same boat, I have ordered NO-Xplode twice and noticed good results on my first tub. The second tub was an utter waste. (~6 months in between the 2 tubs)

Not sounding like a Biotest shill but right now I’m on my second week of Power Drive and I can honestly say WOW. The second tub of it might be a waste, but for 17$ for ~31 servings (vs NO-Xplodes 40 servings) I’ve got no problem taking the chance.

I’m relatively new to Biotest products, and I still have a good mix of products from other companies (ON, Animal, Cytosport, Controlled labs) and will probably try the Biotest equivalent at some point, once I’ve gone through my current supply. If they work, I’ll order more, if they don’t, I won’t. It’s pretty simple really.

Hey, I totally agree with you.

I think you should experiment. But I also think you form an opinion and that opinion is valid.

My whole issue with the back and forth here was this:

  1. Don’t tell us we’re all Biotest sheep.
  2. Don’t invalidate someone’s opinion because you don’t agree.

I’ve tried all the brands you’ve listed, and I’ll tell ya what - out of the 3-4 products from BSN I tried, I was disappointed in ALL of them. So, to ME, my opinion is that they’re total horseshit.

Ok, I respect that. Not disagreein with you there. Just some other people bashin for posting about a product in general. The thread states “BSN NO-Xplode”. You know your gettin into the discussion on the product qualitity and effectivness. Whether u write “BSN is great!” or “BSN is horseshit” is totally fine as long as your not calling people fags and noobs for postin on a thread specifically created for the aformentioned purpose.

I use CellMass. I have gotten results from it. I may switch back to basic monohydrate however, if current studies show CEE actually has a lower half life.

Syntha-6 is too expensive for protein all togther, let alone one with such low protein content.

Never used True Mass or any other of there products.

I don’t think its a horrible company, just CellMass is the only product I would say I use on a regular basis (and even that I switch out sometimes for other products)

The suplement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry for a reason…

As far as NO products go, Different manufacturers put different things in them. BSN happens to put about 200mg of caffiene PER serving into NO-Xplode. theres your shits…SOME people cant handle that much. As far as the product goes, I myself really like it…but I have a high tolerance for caffien from drinking coffee everyday. NO products are simply designed to be vaso diahlaters…find one with out caffiene and give it a try.

I completely agree. No-Xlpode didn’t really do shit for me. I’m not sure what is in it that is supposed to pump you up, but I personally never felt it.

hasnt ronnie coleman got bsn sponsorship, why does he indorse such a rubbish product?

Money, money and um money. yep its all about money

Bull
Shit
Now

No
Xplode

I think No Xplode is good for getting beginners to go to the gym. Working out can initially be daunting for lots of people, but NO Xplode does a good job of getting them excited and committed until it becomes routine.

Disclaimer, this is a roomer:

I actually heard through the grape vine, that BSN was getting sewed over the content of NO-explode. I was told they got caught using the cheaper Creatine mono-hydrate rather than the ester listed on the label.

I can see where someone would say the mono-hydrate works better anyway, but if it’s true that would make them dishonest. Personally, I want to know exactly what I’m putting in my body.

Has anyone else heard anything similar?

There were taken to court over their creatine product not NO Xplode. Not that it should make any difference to anyone with 1/2 a brain. A shit company that would do that, is still a shit company.

I would endorse some soy protein company if given any amount of money, but that doesn’t mean I would ever take them or that they are good. I’m sure Ronnie happened to do the same thing.

They don’t call it BULL SHIT NUTRITION for nothing.
