Hi All, Pinned L Quad on thursday (today is now saturday) and i just noticed that its a bit bruised around the site (maybe 1cm diameter). Should i be worried or have i just hit something?

maybe you hit a rather large blood vessel? Is this a spot you normally inject? If there is no swelling or redness, (sign of infection) I wouldn’t be worried but keep an eye on it.
Possibly, it went fine. Pinned this morning and i think i hit one again. Havnt had much luck in my quads lately. Normal spot, same procedure and all… Trained legs afterwards if that makes a difference.

yup, I currently have a 1cm bruise on my left shoulder where this very thing happened to me last week.
Nothing to worry about.
Okay wicked, making sure i wont die. Had the worst luck these last couple weeks, painful injections, girl drama, less food. Nothing has been going right ahaha.
