Fine points. But for him to brag as some chemistry guru is pretty silly. He has a BS in biology with minor in analytical chemistry from what I can gather. I guess compared to the gym dudes maybe he is a genius?

Let’s say you inject TC and TP and over one week you have matched the total Test injected (neglecting ester weight) so that the AUC of FT is the same for both (law of mass action and all that fun stuff few bother with). Aromatization is first order with respect to FT concentration. So why would the AUC for E2 be different between the two protocols?
The ChatGPT answer is handwaving bullshit. But again you have to consider the database it is drawing its answers from.
Same would go for injection frequency vs aromatization. AUC would control not injection frequency. Good for him helping dispel mythology.

Also not sure what meds he is talking about with 7 day elimination half life. If he is referring to Test Cyp/Enan then that is more like 3.5 to 5 days for vast majority. The 7 to 10 day estimate came from early Pfizer work that apparently neglected endogenous production. Hard to rationalize the estimate any other way. Plenty of later clinical trials confirm the shorter half life. So I would think a chemistry genius should be aware of that.

Most likely about 40 pg/ml peak and about 25 to 30 at trough currently.
