Wow! Push, she looks amazing!! Back development, the whole thing.
How long has she been training? Height? She looks tall, but pics can be tricky.
Be sure to keep us posted.
I got her into lifting three and a half years ago when I first met her. For the first three years she mainly lifted for strength gains. In the last 6 months she has switched over to more of a bodybuilding protocol.
She’s 5’5", 136 lbs, 11% bf in that pic.
She says the cutting that she’s doing is the hardest thing she’s ever done in her life.
Big internet high five to your girl!!
3 1/5 years isn’t that long to have that kind of thickness. She’s obviously worked hard. Really impressed!
So cute. And funny, because my hubs actually has a picture of me sitting in the bathtub shaving my legs. All you can see is my head and neck, and one leg sticking straight up.

Goddammit thank you Beth.
Exhibit A. If I have a defined calf muscle back there, it’s not a cankle? Well, those are still some pretty sturdy ankles and knees. Compare the size of those calves to my upper leg.
We can ask Stu since he judges these things, but I’m pretty sure calves bigger than glutes is not a good thing.
Puff, one picture really isn’t enough to effectively make your points. A few more exhibits should suffice though.

I concur. One standing with a flexed calf, taken from behind, should be sufficient to compare to the glutes.
