Oh yeah! Good PR’s yet again. I’m working hard in school, at the gym, and in the kitchen. Now I need to take care of my social life, clean my apartment, and tie up some “loose ends…” Anyway, DL’s were super hard today. My grip seems to be the problem - thinking about getting wraps. Still hitting PR’s all over the place though, so can’t complain. PWO meal is a breakfast burrito and tortilla chips, followed by some ice cream (a lot actually) later on tonight, and some protein sometime in between! Gaining phases are FUN!

Dude…p90x? Insanity? wat?

I know, I know…I work at a gym, and a co-worker of mine played college football. He’s always giving me shit for my lowish volume, because when he played he made great strength and size gains all while lifting 5X per week and sprinting/drilling every day. Obviously he’s a genetic anomaly, and that’s why, but he still gives me a hard time…So…when he said that I’m a giant pussy and that I couldn’t keep up, I had to prove myself - lol!

I used to be a runner before a BBer. I did a half marathon, then after that I committed the biggest sin of all - I V-Dieted. I was already weak as hell, had bad nutritional habits, and didn’t know what I was getting into. So, as a result, after the V Diet I was 6 foot 2 173ish pounds. YIKES! And I wasn’t even particularly “ripped” b/c I didn’t have the muscle foundation. There’s a few pics on the last page of me then vs. recent. I’ve made some pretty good gains (I think), and I’m going to keep on bulking until mid April or early May then do a slight recomp. I’m planning on hitting 200-210 in that time range, then assessing from there.

BTW, I watched an episode of Heavy tonight (the show about extremely obese people) and decided to skip out on the quart of ice cream. Probably just going to go to town on some oats or something. Stay tuned for another exciting episode!

Wasn’t really feeling it today, but slowly made my war through the workout. Gonna go paintballing then have some ice cream and shit food later!

2/27 CARDIO

So, today was a long day. I slept in until 11 am, felt like shit…lol! Always depressing to sleep through the day…I woke up, fed my snake, then did several hours of statistics homework. Hung out with my bro, and meanwhile today was a pulse fast day.

I’ve noticed that when I pulse fast I feel cold/I get chills all day…very weird…SO, I decided to go for a jog. I’ve been feeling wired and stiff all day, and I’ve been sort of sore, so I decided to go for a jog on a treadmill - 20 minutes, moderate pace, 2.25 miles, ~330 kcal. No biggie. Felt really good though!

Anyway, I’m probably going to enjoy my apartment’s hot tub later on. BTW, yesterday turned into a food binge! I ate: regular first 3 meals, then a double double/fries fron In N Out, 2 cups oats, scoop whey, apple, small kettlecorn from movie theater, 1 quart of 1/2 fat mint ice cream, 3 finibars (all within 5 or 6 hours) LOL! I surprise myself sometimes. I truly am a bottomless pit.

Does anybody else get the chills when they pulse fast?
Does anybody else eat this much ever? Am I a freak of nature LOL?
