I think the Sumo stance on the DL’s also hits your adductors more. I had someone helping me today, and she had me change from a wide grip with narrow stance, to a narrow grip with a sumo stance. Mixin’ it up!

Powerpuff, thanks for dropping in. I’ve always preferred pulling Sumo for whatever reason. I’ve got the lean down, not it’s time to get big for crying out loud!
In terms of schools, I’m transferring as a junior. I’ve been accepted to UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Davis. Berkeley was my #1! I’m a philosophy major, and I cannot wait to start. My bro also goes there, we’re going to look for an apartment tomorrow! Life is good.

Oh, and I read that you are no longer a smoker. That’s also super awesome.
I hate to see anybody smoke, but seeing an athlete like yourself smoke is double-bad.

haha I used to do crossfit 5x a week, and jog 5x a week. I’d go to the gym, run 5 miles, go outside, have a smoke, come back in, do crossfit, then go home! LULZ.

It’s been over a year since I’ve smoked, OVER IT! Thanks for the support guys!

I don’t know if it’s just one of those days, or if it’s b/c I have less BF now, but my hips are killing me today. I’ve been taking 6 fish oil pills a day and drinking at least 5L water EVERY day, but still.

Update: I did all those ^ things, and still felt like shit. I was tired, angry, and felt beat up. So, what better than more food? Oh wait, I’m on a diet…So here’s what I did:

Monster Omelet -
5 whole eggs
7 egg whites
1 slice swiss cheese
1 large potato
shitload of broccoli
garlic salt, of course

Side -
4 heads romaine leafs lulz
entire monster size bag of broccoli

Desert -
bag of sunflower seeds
double gulp (diet dr. pepper)

Chances are sorta low, but whatever, at least I’m giving it my all. It’s over at the end of the month. Last week of May I’ll do a “peak week” type deal and drown myself w/ water, then ‘carb up’ or whatever…I’m doing my best!

The meal’s not as dirty as it can be, but still got me excited =D
