Getting into the bad habit of pulling heavier singles on deads again. Gotta dial it back a bit. I think a few singles at around 425 is reasonable and building from there.
OHP improving slowly but surely. 225lbs for a single is my goal for the next 4-6 months. I think that’s pretty doable.
Hamstrings are feeling beat up lately. Taking a step back with the reverse hyper loads and giving them time to recover.
Low on motivation today. Squats felt ok, bench felt great. Weird how that works.

I’ve been doing it once a week for the past two months. Not progressing as fast as I would like on it but hopefully things will pick up soon.
It’s inconsistent for me. It peaks quick and falls off quick too. I dunno.
Yea it’s the exact same for me. I skip it for a week and I lose 3 weeks of progress haha
