BP Caps the Oil Leak

LOL. So am surprised to not see posts on here about the Evil Brit Heyward finally falling on his sword. BPs PR strategy on that one was so transparent, play him up as a pantomime villain then fire him letting him take the bad feeling (and $1.6 million) with him.
