Whoever did it, domestic or international, definitely has some balls and a knack for weaponry.
One of the victims killed was an 8 yr old child.
Take this for what it is worth, and I may be wrong, but this doesn’t feel like an international terrorist act. I’m posting at 5:22 central time on April 15th, 2013.
First, it is April 15th. I know its a stretch, but; April 19, 1995 - Oklahoma City, April 19, 1993 - End of Waco Standoff. This is the time of year that some of our homegrown crazies get their panties in a bunch. It is also income tax day.
Also, from the video I’m seeing and the descriptions of injuries, we seem to be dealing with fairly small devices - pipe bombs perhaps. International terrorists don’t use pipe bombs…local nut jobs do.
Again, I’m nobody special. Just someone and I could be wrong. Just my thoughts at this time.
I hope everyone who is or has family from/in Boston is doing well and are all healthy, prayers and thought are with you all.

I too heard this. I heard it was “right wing extremists” on the tv
Canadians send their prayers to the USA and Boston. Many friends have posted on Facebook about the incident. I first seen light of this story at the gym.

Yes, it was Peter Bergen. He opined it was “most likely” a right winger.
Chris Matthews on MSNBC just said it was a TEA Party person upset about this being Tax Day.
Me, I note it it Israeli Independence day today, also known as al-Nakba (“the catastrophe”) in muslim circles, and their religious leaders are all over the news calling for strikes against Jewish targets.
Just me, but I’d go for the low-hanging fruit on this one and go for the obvious.
