Thanks dude I actually went with a wider stance that day and felt a lot stronger. I felt like I had 2-3 reps in the bank. Now the BBB sets had me on the floor

Took a 1/2 mile walk with a 30lb backpack on
I’ve somehow gained 14lbs in the last week. I’ve been eating really clean so this is weird.

Thanks dude. I’ll be switching it up to the simplest strength template. I feel as though I have gotten the mass I need out of the BBB challenge. I mean I’m at 265 squatting 275 I need to be working towards strength rather than mass. I’m almost over the cold and will be lifting tomorrow or monday.

The simplest strenght template looks cool, a bit more variaty and progression for the assistance, thats probably good for both muscle and strenght! ( inside everybody I bet there is both a Powerlifter and a bodybuilder, meaning we all want to be both muscular and strong )

Yea I think the bbb challenge is probably the better program for mass just by the shear volume of it . The variety of simplest strength is definitely a plus but I’m already 265 and I live near the beach and have no desire to be 300lbs right now.
Cardio tonight
walked up past my buddy Josh’s house with a 30lb backpack on. Using a running site its 1.21 miles.
Conditioning today
40lb backpack walk up to shea’s house. The Tropical storm was supposedly coming in so i cut it short. It’s about 3 hours later pretty nice out so I’m not sure whats going on.
