Well, assuming you’re serious, which I don’t think you are, it doesn’t strike me as an offense worthy of death without trial. You’d also end up shooting a lot of kids, which is unjustifiable.
But if you really think the problem is that serious, I’d suggest arresting and executing (after trial) the executives of the companies found to be employing illegals because it’s profitable for them.
Implement that and see how quickly the problem goes away.

I don’t disagree. But the giant “paintballs of death” would be a lot quicker, and cheaper.
Besides - if they evil businesses run out of illegal workforce - the problem gets solved as well. I guess it just depends on which end of the problem you want to start on.
