Bodybuilder Turned Fighter?

Alright. In that case I would suggest not doubling down on potential issues and doing another cycle. Also no more free room and board breaks due to becoming a ward of the state. If you have already caught a felony, do everything you can not to be in a position to catch another. This impacts all sorts of things. You mentioned money issues in your log, not accumulating charges and convictions is a major benefit in seeking gainful employment.

I would look at “recomping” as a real goal, and really, REALLY work skill development. Clearly the Mike Tyson uber mesomorph genetics aren’t happening. Dan John had a great article of “game changer” levels of strength for athletes, with some very realistic goals. Start ticking those off. That should be doable with 2-3 “weight room” workouts a week. Everything else is boxing skill or conditioning.

Get the hormone level thing unfucked before even considering the expense, legal risk, and health risks of doing another cycle. I am not an endocrinologist, but I am very comfortable stating that the effects of hypogonadism range far broader than body comp, and muscle mass. You probably already know that, but don’t forget it. The good news is there are resources in this thread to make you much better off Feb 2017 than you are right now as long as you stay goal oriented.

Robert A

I would actually try doing a PCT protocol in an attempt to increase your natural test production. The ole’ trusty pct protocol is clomid, nolvadex and hcg for 4 weeks. Just hit up a google search for dosages that people use.

My advice is to start eating clean. Chicken breasts and vegetables are fairly cheap. With the ammount of cardio you are doing, you could likely be very lean within a couple of months with a clean diet. Stop eating and or drinking junk if you want to see fast results.

As far as training, these guys have given all kinds of good advice.
