Question…
I have recently changed my TRT protocol (on Dr’s advice), and for the last couple weeks I haven’t stayed asleep for more than 3 hours on any given night. I expect this as I am adjusting to a new protocol, but since I am now getting closer to the end of my energy rope here…should I just drop carbs to 50g or less a day for the rest of this week and stop lifting. You know, kind of let my body rest and see if the sleep comes back around? Reason I’m asking is that if I am lifting heavy every day, and not sleeping well, I’m afraid that I’m doing more damage than good by pushing it?
