Bloodwork thoughts? Low cortisol?

I’ve been cruising this site and forums for around 15 years. Been lifting around 20 years. 5’10”, 190lbs, not cut, not fat. About to turn 40 and had some bloodwork drawn. Dr. prescribed TRT at 200mg a week based on numbers and symptoms. I’m new to this but I’ve read a lot here. Is TRT even needed? Seems like it would cause more issues to low cortisol. Are my T numbers even low?

Concerns: DHEA (although not the DHEA-S test) shows low, same with cortisol. What would cause this? I researched adrenal insufficiency but am curious as to what numbers actually constitute that. Is this something I could/should address or should be worried about?
Here are the numbers from bloodwork:
Ferritin 147 ng/mL Range: 11 – 307
Total Cortisol 5.9 ug/dL Range: 6.7 – 22.6
Free T3 3.5 pg/mL Range: 2.5 – 3.9
Free T4 0.9 ng/dL Range: 0.6 – 1.7
TSH3 1.10 uIU/mL Range: 0.40 – 3.00
DHEA 164.2 ug/dL Range: 200 – 495
Estradiol 21.9 pg/mL Range: 25 – 85
Free T 130 pg/mL Range: 34 – 246
Progesterone 0.4 ng/mL Range: 0.1 – 2.1
SHBG 32.10 nmol/L Range: 20 – 60
Total T 591 ng/dL Range: 500 – 1200
HCT 45.8 Range: 39 – 53

Bunch of other numbers on there if something else is needed. Thanks everyone. Again, first post, but I’ve been reading here for years. I know there are some smart dudes on here. Looking forward to hearing from them.

Definitely NOT. And not 200mg with a SHBG of 32.

Buy 25mg DHEA tabs from Amazon, Douglas labs are good. Cortisol… prob stress but it’s borderline low.

Thanks! I ordered a book someone else recommended on adrenal fatigue. I’ll check out the DHEA tabs as well. I always knew cortisol being high was an issue, but never knew about the opposite.
