Bloodwork: Low Test, Low Estrogen

Just a small update for my own records but I went ahead and ran my bloodwork for doc early yesterday 2/7/19. Dont have my appointment till the 22nd. I’ll have the results emailed by Wednesday of next week. After bloodwork I went home and increased my dosage to 80 mg so 160 a week from 120 mg. Threw out my lower back at the house last Sunday so I’ve been taking it real easy at the gym this week and currently seeing a chiropractor to get right.

Pre trt I use to throw my back easily. I gather it was because my t was low and e2 as well. Now my back is so much better

It used to happen quite often pre trt. It would be as simple as turning and picking up a small jar of baby food and I’d be on the ground immobilized. I recently did dead lifts which I gave up long ago due to back issues. Seems like it was a mistake to try and bring it back.

Have someone knowledgeable check your form. I had to back out of deads, fix my form, and then start from the ground up about 15 years ago. I went a year without pulling from the floor. I would pull off of knee-high pins and then drop it to the floor and start my reps without dropping tension. My form was good if I started like that so I kept it up and strengthened the right supportive muscles. IF I pulled from the floor my ass dipped too far down but I wasn’t strong enough to keep my ass high. I had just been doing it wrong for so many years. When I was 30 I would throw my lower back out deadlifting 225lb.

Progress pic taken this morning at the gym. Been feeling way better since I’m back on Pharma Cypionate. I had a slight acne flare up on my back when I went back to Cypionate at 120 mg. Now that I’ve increased to 160 mg per week the outbreak is back even worse. It will go away probably next week.

Thanks man. I’ve been going with physios recommended strategy of high rep partials lately. I’ve seen alot of progress in my delts. Striations I havent seen for a while.

Its an optical illusion my friend. If you had normal sized biceps and traps you’d have basket ball delts. But your traps and arms are just stealing the show. Nice place to be in really. Have you ever put a tape measure on those guns what are they 18+ ?

If I can get half of what you have built I will feel like all the work was worth it.

What’s high rep partials.

I need to find a plan to follow. I like more athletic based over body builder type work. So full body, using balance and etc. any suggestions?

Last time I put a tape on my arms they were 17.5"

For example side lateral raises. Instead of using heavy weight (40 to 50 lbs) low reps (8 to 10) I will use a 25 lb dumbbell and do sets of 25. Its almost like a pump set and i stop the motion just shy of parallel.

As usual I have my bloodwork and it’s not what I expected to see. It’s not bad as far as I can tell but not what I was expecting. Last time I ran 120 mg a week my tt was 1000 ng/dl. Now it’s coming back 754 ng/dl? I guess my e2 is running a little higher so higher conversion I suppose. The only thing I can come up with is that my body must be processing the testosterone differently now. The rest of the values like dht and free t3/t4 I dont know anything about. They are in range that’s about all I know about it. Can anyone offer insight?
