But it’s not really correct that I don’t pay anything for the medical service. It’s tax money and it’s actually a lot. But I guess if you never have the money in your pocket you don’t think of it as having spent it.
You speak English like your Mother tongue is German or Dutch, but you do not personally sound German or Dutch in how you say things, if that makes sense.

I know quite a few German and Dutch, my niece has German citizenship. For me it’s just being around that group of people and their descendants.
