Bloodwork and Estrogen Ratio

I’m in Canada and DHEA is illegal here (which is beyond ridiculous). There are only certain vendors that I can buy from through Amazon so I get what I can get for now. But, by all means, if you can get your doctor to prescribe Pharma grade you absolutely should!

Better way to say it is “an imbalance of hormones” will produce gyno in young men experiencing puberty. In the womb. They say it’s s genetic mutation. Meaning if a man had gyno he can avoid it on TRT by balancing his hormones properly.

Thanks bro. So yeah I was on 25 DHEA with nichols and my head and body itches like crazy. Not even a commonly known symptom. I also had fatigue similar to HCG. When I tested it was 100 points above range. I guess I didn’t need it that bad so now I am on 5. It works correct.

Absolutely. I got gyno when I had low T and low E2. My T levels have never been higher, no AI, and the gyno shrunk by probably 70%. The difference is that my hormones are optimized and my levels remain consistent. That is KEY for this stuff. Forget the damn numbers. Anyone who is aiming for a number isn’t optimized. Period.

I tried vitamin d and melatonin supplements. They barely worked. I got compounded and boom it works and the effects are ten times better.

Bro try melatonin. Get it from a compound pharmacy. One pill day 1. Continue adding one pill daily until it works. You’ll know it’s working. Very healthy and protective. The body also doesn’t stop making melatonin after prolonged use. If you could read the 50 page article my doc sent me from a melatonin expert you’d take it regardless to optimize its benefits.

I would also add dhea if not already. It helps with sleep because it competes with cortisol.

Lastly I add Gaba and 5htp. This combination works well.

Don’t smoke weed or drink to sleep. I tried and I woke up midway and no deep sleep. There’s a scientific reason for this I heard from a sleep expert on joe Rogan.

Melatonin helps you go to sleep, but it can’t help you with staying asleep throughout the night. You should read “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker. This dude will blow you away.

I do take 50mg DHEA every morning. I use Douglass Labs micronized from amazon. Seems to help but I’ll know for sure whenever my lab results come in.

I have access to pharmacy grade through Defy, just have to pay for it. I may order some for the heck of it. And some vitamin D3, he wanted me taking that anyways.

Matthew Walker is the guy that was on that podcast! Lol. His knowledge is amazing!

Mmm duh I knew that. Jsut wasn’t thinking clearly I guess. L

Have you tried dhea at night?

I have a similar issues but it’s getting better. I’m being told by the guy who runs usagscience.com that this peptide DPSM (I might be wrong with name) works wonders for folks. My problem is taking stuff that isn’t approved. Especially when I’m injecting it. On the other hand so many guys take peptides.

I would really like to find a permanent solution. I’m going to check my breathing soon. I wonder if I have a form of apnea.

See I didn’t have borderline low T though. Mine was tanked at 30 years old. 70 total. Free was something even more rediculous. I was having constant hot flashes and sweating and BP so high Drs thought I was going to end up having a stroke. This went on for about a decade.
20-30.Testosteronee fixed it in a couple weeks. Also fixed my lack of sex drive and made my Johnson bigger flacid and hard.

Sounds awful. Congratulations on finding the solution.

I’ve wondered that too about myself. Before I started TRT I used to snore badly. I had troubles sleeping then as well, but I could always tell when it was from that, because I would wake up feeling the results of that in my throat.

Not so much anymore unless I decide to have one more glass of whiskey than I should on a Saturday night lol.

I’m not well versed in apnea, but I think there is more than one type. Obstructive I believe is the term used to describe the type that I think I may have had when I was grossly overweight before TRT. Not sure if I still have some type of apnea or not. A sleep study seems like it would be well worth the time and money.

Is it?

No it’s your tool.

Wouldn’t an E2 that high just cause way low total and free T?
