Currently on TRT @200mg / week. Going to increase to 500mg / week + 40mg Anavar for 12 weeks.
Question is: what is protocol post “blast” to get my testosterone levels to normal TRT levels?

Pretty easy. Just go back to your baseline TRT. I would do so at least 6 weeks before labs. Even then you will likely have lower SHBG than usual due to the Var.
