Bloods After 3 Months of Clomid

I did 3 months of clomid 12,5 EoD, quit taking it about two weeks ago and got bloods yesterday.

Total testosterone: 14nmol/l (12-45)

SHBG: 26nmol/l (14-71)

Free testosterone, calculated: 244pmol/l (235-670)

Not impressed at all. Total and free testosterone are both just over the bottom range.

Do you guys think things could improve from this with time? Or do you think it will only go down from this? I feel like crap lol.

Sustanon is starting to sound pretty tempting lol.

Bummer to read this. I can imagine the frustration.

What’s the background on this. Did you recently come off TRT or Cycle, or did you just naturally have low T, which you’re aiming to bring up?

Also what’s your age?

Thanks!

Probably not, but you never know.

I was on trt but came off because I wanted to see if fixing liestyle issues could help and I would be able to go on without medication.
Dr told me I was suffering from overtraining or what ever the real term is in english, and that could have been one culprit.
So i took 3 the whole 3 month time off from working out, fixed my low vitamin d levels, didn’t drink alcohol, started taking zinc.
I wanted to see how my levels would be after that. Sadly it obviously didn’t help.

Oh and I’m 32 years old.

Really??

Do you think you were overtraining? How many days per week lifting weights? How long each session?

Could you have been under eating?

Im not sure of overtraining is the correct term since English is only my third language.
I was an idiot training 6 times a week always going balls to the wall with no deloads or light weeks.
My lift had statted decreasing, sleep had started getting worse, my bp and hr were elevated.

Anyways I wanted to see if taking care of that would help, but nah.

What’s weird is that I’ve actually been having slight morning erections on some mornings. Like not a full hard, but maybe like 2/3.

Weell, shit.
My levels had gone even lower.
Testosterone: 11,2nmol/ (9,2 - 31,2)
SHBG: 26nmol/l (18 - 45)
Frer testosterone: 191pmol/l (220 - 800)

Now my free testosterone was below the bottom ranger.
No wonder why my body doesn’t seem to handle exercise.

I suppose there is no way my levels could have increase from here. I mean why would they increase AFTER stopping clomid? There is no way imo.

Did you test LH and FSH? If I had to guess I’d say there is an issue with your balls

In this particular case, yes, I believe you were overtraining.

Why don’t you stay on the clomid at a low dose? I suggest 12.5mg a day, 3 times a week. No side effects at that dose.

For more info, do a google search for the following and open the first link that comes up: “excelmale unicorns clomid”. The title of the correct link is " Are guys that do well on low dose clomid unicorns…or do they really exist?" Last time I linked directly, it was deleted by a moderator.

Just tuning into this as I have my TRT appt on Thursday morning, I was reading they have recently swapped from HCG and Clomid to Enclomiphene due to less side effects or something? I’m 31 and my T levels last test were 384, wondering if they deny me for TRT if a twice a week dose of enclo 12.5mg would benefit me.

Clomid is trash. You only want the enclomiphene and not the zuclomiphene. Sadly the last one is in clomid too and has a very long half life. No wonder your levels are bad.
