I was on trt but came off because I wanted to see if fixing liestyle issues could help and I would be able to go on without medication.
Dr told me I was suffering from overtraining or what ever the real term is in english, and that could have been one culprit.
So i took 3 the whole 3 month time off from working out, fixed my low vitamin d levels, didn’t drink alcohol, started taking zinc.
I wanted to see how my levels would be after that. Sadly it obviously didn’t help.
Im not sure of overtraining is the correct term since English is only my third language.
I was an idiot training 6 times a week always going balls to the wall with no deloads or light weeks.
My lift had statted decreasing, sleep had started getting worse, my bp and hr were elevated.
Anyways I wanted to see if taking care of that would help, but nah.
Why don’t you stay on the clomid at a low dose? I suggest 12.5mg a day, 3 times a week. No side effects at that dose.
For more info, do a google search for the following and open the first link that comes up: “excelmale unicorns clomid”. The title of the correct link is " Are guys that do well on low dose clomid unicorns…or do they really exist?" Last time I linked directly, it was deleted by a moderator.
Just tuning into this as I have my TRT appt on Thursday morning, I was reading they have recently swapped from HCG and Clomid to Enclomiphene due to less side effects or something? I’m 31 and my T levels last test were 384, wondering if they deny me for TRT if a twice a week dose of enclo 12.5mg would benefit me.
Clomid is trash. You only want the enclomiphene and not the zuclomiphene. Sadly the last one is in clomid too and has a very long half life. No wonder your levels are bad.
