Blood test results

Hi guys, new to this forum but had recently done some bloods after using 400mg test-e for 12 weeks, dropping to 125mg for 2 weeks to lower a bit, I did also use tren e 100mg a week for about 8 weeks. I have also been using enclomiphene and armidex. I take dutasteride for genetic hair loss which has worked, but I do know it could also be responsible for some of the poor results with cholesterol especially.

This is not the first time I have used test or tren. And have used significantly higher dosages before which caused significant side effects. This was some years ago.

My blood results are not great. I should have done a before test however I did not, but it will be something I do every 3 months from now on.

I won’t however be taking tren again, I had some left over from another time I had used it, which was a much higher dose. Note I had no external side effects this time other than some minor acne and some night sweats that went away fast this cycle. I have gyno from using finasteride as well which made it worse and probably coming off the steroids years ago but it has not got any worse. Mistake is made, so I’m ensuring if I continue to use them I PCT properly etc. The gyno will be removed via surgery eventually. The finasteride caused it to grow rapidly, I had already stopped taking steroids way before this.

General health:

ALT 98UL ref 5-40. Very high, but note all of my other liver tests are all within normal range, this is the only outlier. Doctor didn’t say immediate concern, but check again in 3 months. Google does say exercise increases this, which I did the day before, it’s not the only decisive indicator of liver damage.

Cholesterol - really bad. LDL is 4.1, should be less than 3, hdl is 0.7 should be greater than 1. Overall I do probably eat a bit too much saturated fat, but not excessive, I do eat resonably healthy. Doctor said fix it or go on medication. I do believe tren causes a lot of issues here. Will keep an eye on it. Have adjusted diet, more fish, more fiber.

Iron was okay but I avoid red meat (too expensive) so ferritin etc a bit low.

Testosterone - 64.5nmol, high ref range is 31.9. Obviously high due to use of test-e.

Prolactin 685 mu/l, top range 407, high, not unexpected.

SHBG - 7noml, very low, again expected.

FSH and LH both less than 1 U/L, very low.

Everything else tested is within normal range, kidney function fine, sugar fine etc.

Now obviously using AAS messes with hormones drastically. I’m going to PCT off for a few months, do a follow up test etc before deciding on another cycle. Again I feel like tren has been the most damaging, it’s definitely not worth the side effects so it will only be test or deca/test from this point forward.

Despite high prolactin levels I have no issues gaining and maintaining an erection, and tbh, I am horny constantly, I’ll often masturbate twice a day if I’m bored enough. Once if I’m busy. I am single but do have sex somewhat regularly. I’ll often wake up with an erection.

I am going to reconsider the use of Dutasteride as it does seem to be contributing to the high cholesterol levels but ill wait for the next blood test, I’d rather just go bald though I’m not actually that bad, just thin on top. I shave my hair short anyway. Will probably all fall out once I stop.

Any advice etc about the results. I am stressed a bit now, but I just want to see if people have tips etc on the best way to go forward with diet etc or supplements to correct some issues.

wow <1 LH from that testosterone cycle?

According to mr Google, test and tren both lower LH?
