Blood Test Numbers Checks

Recently got my bloodwork done after a while. Im 27 and been on TRT for ~9 years. Had personally upped my dosage from 100mg/wk to 200 mg/wk, now starting to reduce some down to about 150/wk ish, prob slightly more to avoid any health effects

Wanted to get some pros to take a look at my numbers and let me know if anything raised any red flags. Only real side effect I have had is always needing to pee, including at night but i also drink a lot o fwater which is part of the problem

All tests are done with LifeLabs. Hope i didnt screw any of them up. The only thing that looks problematic is Cholestrol

Would really appreciate your help with reviewing. Thanks guys

NOTE: All tests fasted ~18 hrs

You need to describe your protocol in more detail, how many injections per week? You should be injecting twice weekly given your SHBG levels. You want E2 no higher, 80 pmol/L is optimal, 100 pmol/l is fine though.

injecting 2x per week intra-muscularly

what do you mean about SBHG levels? are they high?

Your SHBG levels are optimal, 30 is the sweat spot and labs have more value when midrange. It’s not too high and not too low. SHBG is an indicator for how well you hold onto your testosterone, high SHBG means your body is being greedy holding onto most of your testosterone greatly decreasing Free T and low SHBG you hold onto less testosterone giving you free hormones that are high.

This might sound like a good deal until you learn that SHBG activates testosterone on receptors sites causing gene expression between tissues, without a workforce not much work gets done.

but what about cholestrol numbers and high ldl and total cholestrol?
