Had a rough ass wrestling workout. Was low carb all day but after the workout I blacked out in my car for a good 10 minutes, like legit blacked the fuck out so I had to stop and get some kind of sugar, i got 32 oz chocolate milk, just so I didnt die driving home
Same thing happened to my mom when she tried a low carb diet. Except she gave the diet up and now eats carbs at every meal because its “healthy”.
Might just have pushed yourself to far this week. But shit, 10 minutes is a long time.
