Smashed everything with a tennis ball, foam rolled, stretched for 20 minutes.

-Threw jav for like 40 minutes, standing throws, 3 steps, 2 or 3 5steps.
-Did 10 Hill sprints. sprint up walk down. Yayy.
-Threw 5 more 3step thorws before i left.

$85 bucks and 2 points on my license. (12 and you lose your license lol). The best part was the cop wasnt behind me when I turned onto the road so either he lied or he was hiding where I couldn’t see him.
