Blood, Sweat, Iron, and Men in Singlets

4/25/12

Oh, and also I’m going to do my homework and basically fall asleep within the next hour even though its 5 PM

Don’t fret. Take care of yourself and get back at it. I remember, from last year in particular, moments when I would feel like I need a break, but by the next day, I felt fine and ready to slay some weight.

I really just need a night of solid sleep after I finish physics… I’ll almost definetely be doing my assistance from today tomorrow because I don’t want to go to another practice when I feel like crap

Spar you were right I woke up thinking “I’m gonna destroy something today.”

hope I don’t get flamed for loving this song…

Didn’t realize how enjoyably fast paced soccer was, I really liked it. Gonna try to watch it more often

4/29/12

Doing homework, wrestling practice later. Squats tomorrow.

4/29/12

Pretty sure I’m dead, drilled for 20 minutes, live for 10 minutes, then 2 matches of 2-3-2 minutes each. I did well but I thought I died after practice couldn’t even leave for 20 minutes had to just sit and catch my breath. Foam rolling and eating like a mother now, squat tomorrow.

-Squat
45x2x5
95x5

Notes:

  1. How the hell did I do this after last night’s insane practice, no idea. Everything felt AWESOME today though
  2. Old left tricep injury is aggravated from wrestling, will be gone within a day though. Will probably do some band curls and extensions before bed just to get blood flowing in both arms.

Dat test bro. Definitely much stronger.

Glad to know my ridiculous planning has worked lul. The plan is to switch between my four variations for the next 4 weeks of accumulation because I know where to put the weights to make sure I’ve progressed and set PRs because I’ve done all the exercises now.

After 4 weeks I’ll pick back up where I was in my intensification forever scheme with ssb squats and free squat, low incline and reverse band (which I won’t do in the accumulation due to the fact I haven’t done it in forever and don’t know where to put it.), sumo pulls and RDL’s, and 1 board press and paused 3ct bench…
