Dips make you awesome. I remember when I couldn’t do one. I started doing them all the time my freshman year and in about 6-8 months, I went from being able to do 2 with no additional weight, to 15 with a 45 around my waist. It takes time, but it’s definitely worth it.

Yeah I was shocked I couldn’t do one when I first got a chin/dip station to do them on. I’m going to throw them in every upper session so that way I can be more awesome.

Just MURDERIZED the SAT if I came back with anything less than a 1900 I’d be shocked. About to go get my bench RE session in, I’m so ready.
On a side note, just ordered Block 2 from Issurin off elitefts, once I can read and reabsorb some of that material I might try to implement it in my training. Just really interested in it and can’t wait to read it.
