Cloud press is obviously the best alternative then.

Board pressing? Kinda similar but not really.

I have this injury where I tore cartilage in my ribs over the summer and every morning it bothers me still but I have to basically do shoulder dislocations and tennis ball roll until its ready for the day.

-Lat Pulldowns
50x12
80x20,15,10,10,5 (Kinda same deal as Low Inc. DB Bench, they got hard really quickly but still were pretty good. Get 20,20,10,10 or something next)

Not bad workout still set a 5lb PR from last week but damn did I want that 315. I guess its just not in the cards right now. hitting this exercise in like 3 weeks again during intensification… it will be a fucking smoke show.

Thought I’d post about how because I can’t wrestle anymore I help take stats. So theres this cute score girl who takes stats with me, and I finally got her number a couple days ago. Asked her to go to dinner sometime soon (dunno when yet) and she said yes! Awh yeah epic fail of a wrestling season = epic win of a date.

ME Upper
-Reverse Light bands board pressing pinky on rings (Started w/ no boards or bands)
45x2x5
65x5
75x5
85x5
100x5
120x3
140x3 (EASY ASS +2 REP PR WITH NO BOARDS OR ANYTHING. Win)
160x3 (Hard. Added the 2 boards here and the reverse light bands)
170x3 (lulz easy.)
185x3
205x3
215x1 (Off of a 1 board)
195x3 (off a 1 board. Got a video of this.)
-Floor Rolling DB Extensions SS Band Pushdowns
10x12
25x20,20,20 and Choked mini x25 each set
-DB Front Raise
5x10
15x25,25,10
-Kroc Rows SS Light Band Face Pullsx20 each set
25x12
65x20,20,10,10

Good ass workout, was able to set some records and see where I’m at for these variations so I’m able to track PRs later on. The reasoning for the reverse bands is I have trouble handling the weights at lockout at the start of a set so I figured I’d benefit from reverse band work.
