Blood Results Advice (Test, 28 YO Footballer)

Have recently had two lots of blood tests done for Serum Testosterone (nmol/L).

First test came back at 12.8 which made the doctors request a follow up test in fasted conditions.
Second test came back at 15.5. The doctor has labelled it ‘borderline’ - no further action.

Would anyone with good experience be able to shed some light on this? What would you suggest?

Just a bit concerned with ‘borderline’ and looking online it seems as though this is on the low side for my age (28)

No context provided, no symptoms mentioned. Risk of metabolic syndrome and venus leak (penis damage) occurs <15.3 if one looks at all available studies looking at disease and Total T values…

Endocrine disrupting chemicals are lowering testosterone in the population, men are more feminine than ever and sperm rates are down 50% in the last several decades! The average testosterone in the 1970’s was 720, now it’s 420 ng/dL.

This will only get worse as time goes on.

A complete hormone panel is needed to assess your situation. Your TT levels are not a good indicator of much on their own. What prompted you to seek testing in the first place?
