I have that white coat hypertension.
Do you have any reply or information about how elevated BP should be after exercise and for how long after exercise? I have a seemingly quality home BP machine and when relaxed I am near normal but am usually lifting, doing something new, and dealing with stressful situations.

I do take hawthorn and can feel a healthy strong heart beat after taking it after learning from Hatfield.
