Hi I did my 2nd injection of sust 250 this morning and blood followed the needle out it was an upper outer glute injection with a 23gage .4ml sust there’s a slight bruise at the area now and it’s sore.

Did the injection work if the blood followed it out and is the pain normal

Did you aspirate - pull back on the syringe once you put the needle in? To check no blood and in the muscle.
Sometimes when you have done injection and pull the needle out you can catch a blood vessal
I don’t think you have much to worry about. More often than not when I pull my needle out blood follows, just a couple of drops usually.
Thanks it worked out ok although I been injecting in my upper outter glute and both times I have injected into my left glute I get lower back pain for like 2/3 days
