Just now did something i’ve wanted to try for a while. had my friend put my car in neutral, i pushed it 40 yards, 3 times. Quads burning worse than after my squat workouts. Gonna have to do that more often.

Man…legs are sore. squatted ATG for the first time in forever. I have good flexibility, so it was something like knees to delts.
did 135x10. that was it. lol. any other time i tried to squat, even with no weight, my legs started to cramp up instantly… ouch.

yesterday i worked for a while moving 10’s of packs of shingles (100lbs each), was a hard workout, cleaned some, deadlifted some, even snatched a 100lb table overhead.

did some maxing for football.
PULLED 315!! whooo. felt soo good to hit 3 plates.

was bummed. in 6 weeks i gained no weight on bench or close grip bench. Given, i didn’t focus on them that much, only doing them 1 time max per week.

Got 365 on box squat. the box was about an inch higher than the seat of a common toilet seat.

figured my calorific intake for the day-4010 calories, 175g protein.

consists of 3/4 gallon choc. milk. 1/8 gallon white skim milk. 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 box raisins, pack of jerky sticks, yogurt.

Didn’t do a whole lot of lifting over the weekend. did a couple sets of 10 with 135 full atg squats.
worked on snatch form, i’m teaching myself. I can rep 105x5 reasonably easy now. I’m just getting the explosion and catch down, I haven’t gone heavy enough that i have to squat with it yet.
