smith high inclines
tri extention

Pull:
chins
cable row
preacher curls

man, it’s nice the progress you have got. As for your shoulder i would recomend you to rest your shoulders, i mean you don’t wanna get a shoulder injury, you wouldn´t be able to train your torso at all.
