This workout was all that and a bag of chips. Deadlifts were fucking BRUTAL, and military press wasn’t any better. Mixed the two workouts since im busy for the next 4 days.

Haha thanks man. That was probably one of the hardest sets i’ve ever done. I think TJM is giving me some really good results, and the program is fun as hell.

Thank ya sir! Nothing new on the injury, my hip has actually been giving me more pain than usual. I can’t sit in a certain position for very long without it getting stiff and irritated. I really have to see someone about it, but as of right now I don’t have the money or time.

Hey guys, computer shit the bed so I won’t be able to log my workouts for a while. Haven’t been lifting much, this week was the first week I lifted more than once and it fucking sucked, went something like…
Monday: Up to a 275 paused bench
Friday: 455x1 deadlift, 500 miss

Training as of late…
Military press: 185x5- big PR
Bench: Been doing sheiko type training with this… been doing lots of sets and reps. Only worked up to 235 for 2 the other day, but I had 6 or 7 other working sets before and after.
Deadlift: Skipped deadlifting this week since I helped de-shingle a house and had to pick up a good 10.000 pounds of shit. My back was the sorest it’s ever been.
Will try and update a little more, but im still without a computer.
Recent training:
Military press: 200x3 - woulda been 4 but the spotter grabbed the bar.
Conventional deads: 500x1 - 455x3
Bench: 265x2 paused
Very happy with these numbers.
Also started squatting a little… i’ve been doing a small amount of hip mobility work and it seems to be helping. Also moved to a low bar position and that’s helped out tremendously. Was able to work up to 175 for 3 sets of 5… baby steps.
Dropped some weight recently… sitting at around 220. Diet is much better, been trying to eat every 2 hours instead of 3 or 4 giant meals.
Numbers haven’t gotten much better, started the Coan deadlift cycle, ive only done the first week… but so far its fun. Hope to start posting more regularly. That is all.
