In all the pics I have seen of Zimmerman he has a full head of hair albeit very close cropped. Any confirmation it is actually him?
The ABC article says the picture has some sort of GPS tag on it. It was taken at the scene of the crime 3 minutes after the gunshot was recorded by 911. That’s also the same jacket he was wearing. It’s legit.

Looks like all the pics I seen of him that night. Hell I even seen the scar in the grainy footage they posted about 2 weeks ago.
In the pic posted above, I think the flash has made it appear as though he is bald/balding.

That is exactly what happens when you have very short hair. I used to have people tell me I had a bald spot in pics when my hair was 1/8".

He does not look bald in the fuzzy video of that night either but you can still see a fuzzy scar on his head. Also when a flash goes off it can make hair look thinner. I know that from my own pics.

I see no issue with buying that that is a pic of him that night. The case does not weigh on if they struggled its how they got to that point.

I wonder if DN will admit to talking out of her ass.

I’ll admit she has been a bit over the top, but what is it you think this proves? The general consensus has been that there may have been an altercation, that doesn’t prove self defense.

Not only that, but we don’t know how he sustained those wounds except for his word. I know if I wrongly shot someone I sure as hell would try to make it look like I was defending my life. I can’t say this is what happened, just as you can’t say it didn’t.

As a teen I was hanging out at the mall and one of my buddies shoplifted a necklace. He got busted and since I was with him they hauled me in too. They had thrown us against the wall and he complained that they had broken his nose. When they stepped out of the office he punched himself in the nose repeatedly until he broke it (crazy fucker). They came back in to him yelling he was going to sue them and they decide to let us go.

This was over shoplifting, imagine what you would do to save your ass if you had just killed someone.

Interesting. I was just discussing the case with a client just an hour ago, and he said based on the type of character this Zimmerman is, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he HAD done physical harm to himself. This is a guy who wants to be a hero so badly, he might possibly hurt himself to uphold his side of the story.

That theory just flunks Occam’s razor: it’s way to complex.

The easy theory: (1) witnesses to beating; (2) blood on concrete; (3) photo right after beating; (4) story of Zimmerman of beating. All fit together neatly and simply.

You really have to WANT to believe Zimmerman is lying to see anything else.

So you’re tired of conjecture or decided to theorize?

He was arrested something like 3 minutes after the gunshot was heard on the 911 tape.

Unless he was planning the whole thing (which I doubt), I would be surprised if he had enough time to concoct his whole story and self inflict the injuries.

He doesn’t seem to be that smart but if that really is the case then he must be some kind of criminal mastermind.

Time will tell I guess.

I guess not everyone agreed that Zimmerman looked “white enough”.

If Zimmerman is found innocent there will be a conspiracy theory circus for sure. Because, you know, the evidence fit together waay to well.

Come on, dude. The legal system isn’t based on how many crackpot alternatives or random (and possibly fabricated) personal anecdotes you can come up with. The burden is on the state to prove he is lying, and this is a pretty good piece of evidence that he wasn’t when coupled with the reports at the scene.

This whole thing could have been the work of a sinister killer who took out Trayvon, blamed it on Zimmerman, and threatened to kill his family if he told the truth, all in the span of a few minutes. Prove it wasn’t.

You are wrong the Burden is on Zimmerman to prove it was self defense. It has already been determined that stand your ground most likely will not apply.

As far as being a criminal mastermind, the guy I described was dumb as a brick but it didn’t stop him with coming up with it in about ten seconds. I guess if this passes for brilliance to you I can see where it may be hard for you to grasp.
Testy1 wrote:

According to who? The police said that they couldn’t arrest him initially because they didn’t have probable cause to dispute his claim to self defense.

According to the guy who wrote the law. It has been discussed in detail here.
