Tastes GREAT! Much more flavorful, kind of nutty, and chewier, kind of similar to craisins in texture. Yah it’s more expensive but it’s a welcome diversion from brown rice.
There’s a Chinese dessert that can be made with just black rice and coconut milk. Absolutely delicious.
I would imagine the C3G in Indigo is processed from black rice, as most C3G is.
Thanks folks. I’m sold. I will use it exclusively once my current stock of brown rice runs out.
It being expensive is probably a good thing. The high price will limit my carbs lol
I absolutely hate rice pudding but I will try the dessert if anyone wants to throw up a recipe.
And what is C3G? Serious, no clue.
Its the active ingredient in Biotests new supplement, Indigo. For a guy who is on here as often as you are, you don’t pay much attention to your surroundings do you haha

some good discussions go on in there, but not a lot of lulz if thats what your after. enjoy the rice
This aint cheap for rice, but it’s not too bad: http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/organic_heirloom_rice.htm?gclid=CJrX85-srq4CFekbQgodyykdQw Can anybody beat that price?
For what it’s worth, you’d need about a 5 pounds of black rice daily to get the full dosage of Indigo-3G Table - PMC and that does not take into account the fact that there would be competitive absorption of the various phytonutrients.
its still good for you nonetheless
