I get how mad this is going to sound, but one of the reasons I’m looking for help is because I’m at a loss with it all.
I’ve been on TRT for a number of years (10+) due to an endocrine issue and for the last 24 months or so, I cannot inject any amount of testosterone without experiencing the following within 2-3 hours post injection.
• Bloating
• Major fatigue (sometimes have to go lay down)
• Sore nipples
• Painful joints
• Dry skin
• Acid reflux
I’ve tried injecting micro doses daily, to larger doses a couple of times a week and all manner of total MG just to see if anything works. I always stay on these protocols for a decent amount of time to see if eventually things balance out but they never do. I can leave T for a 10 days, inject a tiny amount and the same thing happens.
Currently I’m on 12.5mg Test E EOD and yet it still happens.
I’ve had so many blood tests at this point it’s silly, as I assumed it was estrogen related but that’s also become pointless. Sometimes it says my estrogen is crashed. Sometimes the high end of normal. It’s as if I have no stability whatsoever.
If anyone has any ideas I’m all ears. If I can’t fix it it almost feels better to come off entirely. It’s not therapy at all!
TLDR: I inject test - and no matter what dose - within 2 hours I feel terrible!
