Bis and Tris Bigger Than Your Thighs

Your rear delts (as silly as I feel typing that) are insane

Well there’s the difference. I out weigh you by 27lbs. I have worked pretty hard to get to this point. Am I fluffy? Yep… zero regrets. You have to make the decision at some point that if what you are doing isn’t working… try something else.

Thanks man. I WOULD say it’s from doing band pull aparts everyday for years, but apparently you can’t get big from daily training, haha.

Srsly tho, I think it’s lean and muscley, great separation of the delts, and I love the developed pecs, at least the pert we can see.

Are you not happy with your development, or are you like me, always disappointed with myself?

Thank you @Edgy my brother of the pheomelanin pigment persuasion :muscle:t2:

In the states we refer to our kind as melanin-challenged. It’s more politically correct.

Not disappointed, well maybe in the genetics category, I wholly blame my dad for this. :joy:
My arms are unnaturally long. (My wingspan is a few inches wider than my height.)

I just means I have more work to do. I rarely actually train arms so I can’t imagine what went wrong

My journey has been a complicated one. I am definitely proud of how far I have come. At my lowest point I stopped weighing myself at 89 lbs.
I think I am kicking ass!

#1 genetics are a biotch.
#2 all of our journeys have been complicated.
#3 we are still in the game, don’t give up, and look/feel better than most of the population of the world.
Embrace your inner superhero!
