Biotest Creatine Malate

so does malate have ALL of the strength and performance benefits that monohydrate has?

if water retention is one of the reasons why creatine mono actually helps performance, and if malate doesn’t cause any water retention, then isn’t that a downside of malate?

could somebody clarify?

With me, I have tried just about every type of creatine product on the market. Ph balanced and every other type that is currently offered just upset my stomach. Pills, powder you name it. I just about gave up until Biotest came out with their creatine malate product. I am glad that they did because this form is the only type of creatine that works well for me. No bloat and stomach upset. Stomach problems for me with other creatine products was running to the toilet more times in the day then I care for. Not any more thanks to now finding creatine malate.

The malate form is the only one I use to get the results that everyone else enjoys by using creatine. I take 5gm a day now and after every workout.

I was thinking of trying it but I don’t want to change the taste of my shake.

Doesn’t taste like anything. Doesn’t have a texture either because it’s micronized. I’ve been using it for the past month +.

I don’t notice it in Plazma since I have about 1000ml of liquid in there, but a scoop in 16oz of MAG-10 has a noticeable bitter-like taste. If you are using something like Metabolic Drive though, you won’t notice it.
