Having you added back to the lists. I think that some are accidentally marking our emails as spam without knowing it. When this happens, you are removed from the mailing lists, so we don’t run into problems with the email providers.

Our email provider shows you (the customer) created a policy to suppress the email.
I just found out that I have the same issue. To my knowledge, I never reported you as spam. I would really appreciate it if you would be able to add me back. How do I change the email address on my account?

Still having issues with my account. Changed the email address and the password and confirmed it was working. Now does not seem to be working again. Can you help me with this.

Really having the same issue and thought it had been resolved. Went through the process of changing my email settings for the account and reset the password. Everything was working fine until tonight when I attempted to place an order. Now the site does not recognize the new email nor the old one and I have lost access to my order history.
Would really like to have this resolved.

Me, again. I was attempting to check-out and couldn’t sign in as it repeats “there’s no account associated with this email”. Ugh.
Not sure if you got this resolved or not, but from this thread you’ll need to create a new account for the new store. But if you use the same email, your information should be waiting for you in the new store account.
This was not correct for me – everything was missing except my name and the fact I was in the U.S. Customer service told me they can manually add information that was in the old store (like addresses), but that information was not automatically ported over to the new store.

I also do not receive notifications for Biotest coupons. I do not recall ever placing them in my spam folder. If this occurred accidentally without me realizing it I would greatly appreciate being added to the list again.
Additionally, ever since the new Biotest website was created I have been unable to login to the Biotest store. Now obviously I can login to the community area but not the Biotest store area. It always states “invalid email or password”. I have not changed either one yet am unable to login. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, this is my first time ordering in awhile and my account states that I have been a member and customer only since 2022. Yet I have been a customer (and level 100 for years now) with this same account since 1999. I am using the same email I’ve had for years.
Now, admittedly, I used a different one many years ago but changed it here and there were no problems until this new site was created.
Will it be possible to correct this problem? I emailed customer service about a month ago but never received a response.
