I’d say the Rajiarchy wins everytime.
It’s damn near impossible. When dealing with ‘tests’ your dealing with symbols and markers that represent cognitive processes not the cognitive processes themselves. If you take some poor bastard from the bush and throw picture graphs and representations of phenomenon that they are not used to, they will not do well. These people are engaged in real, everyday survival and thriving and not looking at books with squares, ellipses circles, numbers, patterns, etc.
To judge the cognitive ability of someone foreign to western systems you have to meet them with objects they are familiar with, so you have to basically redesign the test to represent the objects of their daily lives and culturr to see how well they process those.
IQ tests have been over weighted in the past. I think now it’s being taken as part of the picture of intelligence vs. the whole of it. They are fine for western cultures, we basically are exposed to the same types of things and educational systems. But they do not accurately represent people outside western culture.
I don’t think anybody deliberately ‘games’ the tests. These creators understand cognitive processes and complex reasoning and the struggle is the create a way to measure such a thing. Using symbols and patterns and such are a way of doing that, but it’s not perfect and I don’t think anybody would claim they are perfect. It’s just a very difficult thing to measure 3 dimensional thought with a 2 dimensional scale.
I’d love to go to Africa. It’s a rather large place, the whole of it is not dangerous. I would love to go on a safari or climb Kilimanjaro. The nature in Africa, from what I have seen is unparalleled beauty.
But the question is, are you a black person who would take a bunch of other black people with you to start a new black only colony away from the oppression of white people?
I am not black, but I’d take a bunch of black people with me and start a new colony. I get to pick though, because if I am starting a black colony it will be comprised of mostly smoking hot black chicks and a few cool dudes I could escape the wrath of the black chicks with. Our main export would be weed. The currency would be weed based on the ‘Gold Chain’ standard…
