Haha tis in the works. I gots a plan for the remainder of the summer. Just taking it slowly for now, since I really want 200+ with a six pack.

So yeah… prior to last night, I was eating terriyaki chicken that my mom cooked up (she made a shitload for, really, no good reason at all lol) in an effort to not let it go bad. I noticed that I was kind of waterlogged in the morning over the past few days, so I cut it and went back to chicken with my standard seasoning. Big difference already today- way less bloaty and shis. Dat reasonable sodium intake. Starting next week I’ll be doing some fasted morning stuff and my eating will be at its cleanest yet- hopefully some good things will happen with leanness.

Off topic, but I’m heading down to a housing fair at BC today. Hopefully going to lock down an apartment for the foreseeable future.

Semi-successful day looking for an apartment in Boston. Fucking almost died from heat and didn’t lock a place down yet (found a perfect one but of course the fucking landlord didn’t tell the realtor that it wasn’t available), but I at least found a good realtor to work with so I think I’ll get shit together soon.

The bad part is that I ended up consuming nothing but coffee during my lovely 8 hour visit, so I was pretty fasted for the workout. Cut the HFS squats for that reason. Still got some good arm work in. madhyoogepumpz.jpg

Don’t feel bad, man, I am a salt fiend. I don’t know if I’ll ever cut that shit out. I can’t even imagine eating brown rice / plain ground turkey with salt and pepper all up in dat shit. Cut it out a day or two before your next set of pictures, and continue forth with the sodium. :wink:

Legs looking very legit, man. Once you lean up, get some decent pictures of them, you’re going to have an impressive quad sweep my dude. Hammies could always use some more, but I think just about every natty in the worlds’ hammier could use more, so don’t take it personally. Keep it up big bro.

I don’t think I could ever cut out all salt unless it was for competition prep lol. I’m just trying to avoid the stupid stuff like deli meat/cheese and Chinese food sauces that put 100lbs of bloof on in a day. I would probably die without spices and hot sauce though.

And thanks man. I don’t know how you could tell from the blurry piece of shit that TNat turned my pic into during the post, but I’ll take it haha. My hammies aren’t at their best right now due to the serious lack of DL’s (fucking hex plates at the Gold’s where I train) in recent history. I just added the box squats in and those LIT UP my hams/glutes, so hopefully I’ll get some work done with them until I can move to a real gym. :frowning: @ natty hammies though haha

So yeah… about the whole cutting stims thing today… FUCK THAT. lol.

Did some scheming- rather than take a day off here and there to maintain more regular stim use through the summer, I’m just going to go heavy every day for about 3 more weeks until I get the leanness I’m looking for, then cut them all out for 1-2 weeks and give the adrenals a better break.

I’m probably going to up the yohimbine HCl a bit starting tomorrow and see if I don’t hate myself too much lol.

Good to go with 7.5mg yohimbine HCl. Also, adding in 20 min FMC/day starting today. Just some LISS stuff. I have a treadmill and an exercise bike at home, so I’ll just snag whichever one is not being used by the family. Today it was the bike. So my morning routine pretty much looks like this for now:

Wake up: 7.5mg yohimbine HCl, 725mg green tea (45% EGCG/98% polyphenols)

30 min later: mug of coffee w/ ~10g whey isolate

After coffee: 20 min FMC

Where you getting your Green tea and how much does it cost?

Plan looks solid to me. I think that will really help strip a bit of fat off.
