Congratulations to the Biden administration for signalling that sanctions to foreign countries using slaves may be applied.
Unfortunately, this will probably mean Greenies will be priced out if placing solar panels on their roof and will need to signal their moral superiority through a means that doesn’t involve the use of race based slavery or the dumping of toxic waste in poor African countries.

I bought a chocolate bar recently and one of the things written on the label was “slave free.” The idea that there is a need to label something as not being made from slave labor in 2021 is amazing.

I like the court decision, though I’m not sure if they will win appeal based on the fact that Greer’s didn’t file for the loan, and if they do now they’re certainly too late to get money based solely on order of application (goes under standing argument subpoint 3) “likelihood of redress with a favorable judicial opinion”). Even if they did file at the same time they filed the lawsuit they may have been too late anyway.
I think they’ve got a good case on all the other points, except I’m not sure how courts will view the constitutionalality of the prioritization scheme.
That said, this doesn’t mean a racist is in the white house under any conventional definition of “racist” that we non woke people use. I think you’re too smart for that.

I think it’s a fancy way to say celibate. I haven’t seen anyone who describes themselves as pansexual who looked like they were having sex, or like someone anyone would want to have sex with.
I had to attend a seminar in which one of the speakers said she (that’s what I assumed) identified as non-binary. Looking at “them” I thought to myself, “does it really matter?”
As someone whose glory days of tinder coincided with the advent of these new descriptors and living in notoriously liberal metropolitan areas, I’d disagree. Likely a numbers game though- there are a lot more exceptions when the pool is larger.
