Absolutely refuse to believe Biden, but Harris strikes me the same as Pelosi or AOC - crafty but no outward expression of intelligence.
Interesting, the GoP complained about the DEMs bill having non infrastructure things in it like broadband and sewer / water pipes. They just proposed an infrastructure plan with those very things in it. 
It is almost like what they care about the most isn’t what is in the bill, but who is going to get credit for it.
As someone who designs infrastructure for a living, wet and dry utilities are 100% infrastructure, and BADLY need to be upgraded pretty much everywhere.
