I never got jabbed, but my belief in The Science was so strong that I still never got COVID(as far as I know-had bad allergies for a few weeks each year for years before Covid, but haven’t even had much in the way of that since).

Thank you for your important contribution to the discussion. I can agree that I see no evidence that Fauci ever suggested that the vaccine worked exactly as his boss Joe Biden explained.
I’m glad we can agree that all of the heavy-handed leftwing policy prescriptions surrounding the covid vaccine were not the right positions.

Where did that happen?
I had Covid once as did my wife at the same time. We both had identical symptoms. I couldn’t smell or taste anything (Literally could swig whiskey or a spoonful of minced garlic and NOTHING - it was a very odd thing) for a month, but other than that I was completely normal besides a few days of being very tired initially.
Never jabbed, never masked, went about my normal business. Was more adamant on taking vitamins and living “cleaner” to charge my immune system.
A handful of local businesses lost ENORMOUS sales from me for pushing mask bullshit on me and I still will never spend a dime in those places that are still left. Half have gone out of business. I pushed all my friends with money to steer clear of them too.
People learning actions have consequences is great.

I don’t wish to derail this thread because I find it very insightful, however, I have a question for all of you. I have a friend who is very far left. I was speaking with him in the months leading up to the primaries and he will absolutely not acknowledge ANY of Biden’s crises and hold him accountable. All he can do is fire back with accusations about Trump, his kids, his wife, whatever. I have never in my life seen people allow another man to rent so much space in their heads. Have any of you encountered this idiocy?

Don’t you see the irony. While the left has Trump in their heads, the right has Biden in theirs. Most on here are right leaning and don’t think I’ve seen any of them acknowledge Trump doing any wrong.

Considering the fact that Biden and his do-nothing administration has effectively run our country and economy in the ground, it should be no surprise the GOP has him in their head. That is what any logical person would do. Trump had our economy roaring, and while I agree his constant tweeting became annoying, all the Left can set their eyes on is his tone of voice, the January 6th nothing burger, his “mean” tweets, and the fact that he did not accept the results of an extremely shady election.

My wife had that, then I had a sore throat for a day or two. We sometimes identify as COVID victims based on those symptoms.

I just ask people to make a free standing argument. One that doesn’t hinge upon something else that someone else said, etc. And explain what essential wrongness was actually done.
