I think i’ll join ,i never really lifted like a bodybuilder, but i can choose a bodybuilding plan, they write an individual program and u get coaching,they have other focuses like powerlifting etc, but i think i’ll try the bodybuilding program. I’m also seeing a nutritionist/ dietition for my diabetes and weight loss. want to get my body fat down, i guess [ heed to loss 17 pounds to be around 10% body fat currently 5’7 210 18% body fat

had to stop lifting for a few got pneumonia again 2nd time since 9/16/2017.i guess it never really cleared,and i have only 1 lung, coughing up blood, so i have to see my cancer doctor today 10/19. i hope everything is ok.will see later
this is a real bummer I’m so depressed was ready to start at total performance sports, now everything is on hold. this sucks.feed back welcomed.

no cancer,just pneumonia it’s good results, just take it easy take the antibiotics and should be fine in about a week or so. it’s a bummer but could have been cancer, coughing up blood is no joke. by the way not coughing up blood any more !
total performance sport wanted me to take a class for a few months for $250 a month.way to steep so back to boston sports club or maybe cross fit
decided on the method program from Total performance sports.expensive but there one of the best gym’s around they train powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding and sports performance,I start mon if all goes well, I guess its 3 days a week, maybe I can add one conditioning workout on sat
I think i’ll end this log
and start a new one about the total performance sport METHOD. it’s a new gym with a different style. MY arm is healed up my strength still is lacking. My new coach said u’ll get everything back.
