Here you go. My friend’s sister listens to a lot of breakup songs during her cardio days. This is a personal favorite of mine for foam-rolling my IT bands, groin/crotch, quads and hams.

Chill out ID, these threads need to re-occur as new music comes out.
At least it’s not another Crossfit thread :)
Yeah but, no one ever mentions new music. Eveyone names the same damn bands Lamb of God, Pantera, Slayer, etc. Add in some bands where you can’t understand a word they say and there you have it.
I should have added the words ‘recent’ as I was hoping for people to name some new stuff that we could update our MP3 players with. Rage Against the Machine have always been a favorite of mine, but I am looking for something new.
So, with no further BS, only name bands that you have discovered within the last 24 months.
…and anyone naming Katie Perry gets hung, drawn and quartered…and has to take up crossfit.
Andrew W.K. and Death From Above 1979. I’ve been listening to these guys ever since I started lifting, and they never get old. Check them out on youtube, I’m too lazy to post a link.
May seem weird, but I’m naturally someone full of energy all the time. So lately, I’ve found listening to slow, country music has allowed me too really calm down and concentrate on a set; half the time I miss lifts, it’s because over psyche myself. Anyone else enjoy a ‘slower’ workout mix?

Are you serious? There are people who actually like country music…let alone lift to it! Have I seen you in one of the crossfit videos?
