Best Weight Gainer ?

HunterKiller is right, if you’re not gaining weight it’s your diet, not your routine. You probably think you’re eating a lot when in reality, you’re not. It also depends on WHAT you eat.

I drink this every morning (not all at once, usually a bit over half for breakfast and the rest as a “snack” later on):

1436 Calories, 16g Fat, 232g carbs, 91g Protein

1 serving ON Pro-complex Gainer (my favorite standalone gainer)
2c Skim Milk
1c Fat Free Yogurt
1c Berries
1c Oats
1 Banana (sometimes)

*if you decide to give it a try, put the oats in the blender first and grind them up, otherwise its way too chunky… Tastes AMAZING!

i accually just started using cyto gainer as a PWO shake for my V-Diet, seems pretty close to whats is required according to Berardi’s PWO article. obviously Surge is better but not all of us can get it.
